Signed in online, then went to the store and checked in. The screen says I'm next up. i waited for a stylist that I picked. Then i get a text that my appointment has been canceled. Before that a man and his son had checked in and were getting help by a stylist. Then two other men came in and she went to them, totally ignoring the first two. The man and his son left and said it was very unprofessional When the opportunity arose, I spoke to a stylist about my cancelation. she came up with a story that if we don't hit a button it takes the customer out of the system. It is my belief that when another stylist was helping the first man and his son, she deleted my name all together. When you have three customers set up an appointment, its not us, it's the store. Will never go back there.

Genevieve was my stylist. I am 66 yrs. old. I’m lucky to have a full, very thick head hair and it’s hard to cut. For the last year Genevieve has cut my hair and would not consider anyone else styling it. She does a outstanding job. I recommend the hole package! Hot towel treatment , etc. I have always GOTTEN a top quality cut and treatment from this stylist. If I could give her 10 stars would.... THANKS Genevieve!
